Some more playing tonite!

Here are a couple more cards I finished this evening. Had so much fun making them. I just got my order from SU! yesterday and its been really fun tonight!

BIG FLOWER CARD

Yesterday, I rec'd my new stamps and punches from SU! WOW is all I can say. Had some time this afternoon to play with this one. It's embossed in gold and then colored in w/watercolor crayons. I like how it turned out.

Another crayon resist

Well, I was inspired today to put a card together. I think it turned out great! How 'bout you? I stamped all the flowers in blk. on glossy c/s. Then took the white crayon & drew lines around the flowers. Then brayered over the whole card in 3 different inks. After that, took some tissue to rub off to reveal the card, and WOW!!!

No Stamping for Me :(

Well, today I did my daughterly thing and took Mom out for some errands. We usually do go out every Thursday. Target for coke and her cocoa. Then the get some batteries for her watches and the bank. So hopefully I can get my 'muse' going again, was on a roll there for a while. Will post new cards when i do.

My newest set of clear stamps from Hero Arts. I love the ticket ...how 'bout you? Background paper then a light lavender and then the tickets stamped and cut out. Dusted with ink ...

CRAYON RESIST TECHNIQUE

Here are a couple cards I did using crayon resist technique. It is hard to see it on the scans. But turned out great I think. Tell me how you like them.

Chalk board technique

Here is a technique I saw on Splitcoaststampers! I thought it turnout great! How 'bout you??? You stamp on dark cs in white pigment ink. Then go to your pastels and use a dauber to add color. I love this, it's so easy and so gratifing.
